a) Labor is guaranteed for 30 days after completion of work.
b) Software, hardware and other parts must be provided by the customer and is guaranteed by the individual hardware manufacturer’s warranty.
c) ATG Computer Services is not responsible for any additional hardware installed by the customer into or onto any computer that we have serviced after completion of work, nor any damage caused by any such installation.
d) ATG Computer Services
is not responsible for any other software installed
by the customer on any computer that we have serviced after completion
of work, nor any damage caused by any such installation.
e) ATG Computer Services is not responsible for loss or corruption of any of the customers data during data transfer operations.
f) Any work done "c thru e" will be charged to the client at the current hourly rate plus travel time.
